Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Legal for its Legal team based in Karachi.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, relevant, and timely advice to stakeholders on a variety of legal topics related to the Company’s businesses and products.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including labour laws and corporate governance.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the Company.
- Prepare and submit applications to various regulators.
- Maintain the IP registry and review trademark oppositions.
- Manage legal databases.
- Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Legal Counsel.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Expertise in legal statutory matters.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
