Inverex Solar Energy is looking for Assistant Finance Manager for its head
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation and processing of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Help prepare and submit tax filings and compliance documents.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years plus of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Effective and efficient handling of payments and import transactions
• Proficiency in accounting software especially in Excel.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with tax preparation and compliance is a plus.

Basic Role as Sr. Account Executive
Senior Account Executives lead, motivate and collaborate with their sales team to find new leads and develop strategies to engage potential customers.
Job Description
Responsible to check all entries are being posted into GL with Reconciliation
Preparation of client Invoices
Processing invoices verification with all supporting documents, agreements and quotations
Time processing of venders payments
Reimbursement of employees expenses
Vendor Ledger reconciliation
Analyze each and (vendor/relevant department/finance )
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
· 6 plus years of experience in Solar / Power Industries will be preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Account & Finance is required.
· CA, ACCA, CMA, MBA would be ideal.
· In depth knowledge of tax laws, regulation and compliance requirements.
· Proficient in using CRM, MS Office and other software and other relevant tools.
