Graduate / BBA (Master, MBA preferred) from HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience with at least the last 3-4 years in similar role / branch management capacity.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
■ Responsible to manage a team of 30 Business Development Officers directly assigned to increase the Bank’s NTB account run rate.
■ Responsible for consistent addition in current and saving account (CASA) deposits.
■ To manage and achieve periodic business targets allocated as per Bank’s policy for both self and all the BDOs in the team.
■ To ensure compliance with the relevant Shari’ah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct, and other respective policies.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Minimum of 04 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
■ Conducting thorough research on user experience design requirements across our range of digital offerings
■ Formulating and refining a comprehensive strategy for UI/UX design that aligns with the brand’s objectives
■ Generating top-notch UX design solutions using wireframes, visual designs, flowcharts, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives and features.
■ Simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UIs. Crafting UI components and features like navigation menus, search bars, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
■ Evaluating UI elements such as calls-to-action, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and links for landing pages through testing
■ Effectively collaborates with product managers, product designer, marketing team to ensure tailored digital experiences are developed and delivered.
■ Offering expert advice and direction on implementing UX research methodologies and testing procedures to analyze and anticipate user actions
■ Maintaining adherence to style standards for typography and graphic design throughout the design process
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual UX design skills. Proficiency in using Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe XD and Invision, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
