HABIBMETRO is inviting applications for Team Lead Sanctions – Compliance Division, OG-II to OG I for Karachi. Experience: 4 – 5 years of experience (preferred Trade experience).
Deadline: 15 May, 2024.
Technical Skillset: MS Office Skills, AML / CFT Regulations & Understanding of Trade documentation.
Responsibilities:
· To review, assess and provide compliance opinion related to country specific sanctions of trade transactions.
· Manage sanctions alerts from generation to proper closure.
· To ensure all possible detections, appear in compliance queue are reviewed and disposed-off properly.
· Ensure follow up with Business to respond sanctions queries within defined timelines.
· To conduct specific reviews and assessment with respect to sanctions compliance.
· Access, Analyze and submit all possible suspicious cases, to respective unit for necessary decision and filing with FMU.
· Supervising all relevant MIS’s including STR reporting on the basis of Sanctions violations.
· Supervise the Sanction Team.
· Any Other responsibility assigned by Supervisor / Unit Head / Head FCC / Head of Compliance from time to time.
