HABIBMETRO is inviting applications for Relationship Manager Liability – Commercial North, OG-I to AVP for Lahore & Rawalpindi. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial bank, preferably possess last 2 years in front end marketing and relationship role as Relationship Associate.

Deadline: 14 May, 2024.

Technical Skillset: Sound knowledge of Credit function, business environment, industry specific traits, knowledge of banking policies & procedures and Local/ Region regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
• To engage customers for asset procurement as per the Bank’s strategy (keeping in view of current market dynamics) and focus on achieving the business targets assigned by the team leader against budgeted goals.

To continuously explore the potential as well as existing clientele for augmenting healthy asset portfolio of the assigned branch / area.
To explore new market segments/industries and participate in strategy efforts for necessary penetration / ejection.
To develop Credit Line Proposals strictly in conformity with the Bank’s approved Policies (Verification & justification of customer’s credibility, income, and financial analysis, security fulfillment aspects) & SBP /local Rules & Regulations.
To undertake pricing negotiations (wherever necessary) with customers regarding the credit requirements and provision of securities to cover the facilities so being offered.
To monitor and ensure all credit operations including but not limited to pre-disbursement formalities (legal & otherwise), renewals, restructuring, visits to clients, recovery of markup, stock report / insurance policies, hypothecation are taken care of as expected.
To ensure that he/she carries the relationship management culture, inside & outside the institution, for effective & efficient service delivery, and healthy business relationships.
To liaise with internal stake holders (profit & cost centers) for harmonious /enabling environment. Act cohesively and work collectively towards enhancing team productivity and professional development.
Should be able to market NTB and ETB for Employee Banking and Transaction Banking Mandate.
