Sympl Energy is expanding its marketing team and is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience at our Lahore Head Office. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our solar energy products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing strategies to promote our solar energy products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the solar energy industry.
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Responsible for handling online queries and building an active engaging audience.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Work closely with the design team and manage the monthly editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
• Assist in developing sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support the marketing team as needed, including administrative tasks and project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector, is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and assessments.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, B-Tech or related field.
• Proven experience (6 months – 1 year) as a Site Engineer in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction and project management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations.
