Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and market penetration in Asia and Australia.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s presence and market share in the region.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products and marketing strategies tailored to the preferences and needs of the target market.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor sales performance and market trends, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication in English — reading, writing, and speaking.
