Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, or finished goods to ensure adequate supply without excess stock. Analyze usage patterns, forecast demand, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to understand production schedules and align material availability accordingly.
- Work with various departments such as procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and IRD to ensure smooth operations and alignment of objectives.
- Effectively maintain Material Master data and review all Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Maintain strong coordination with Commercial, Store, Production, and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and participate/support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) monthly.
- Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.
- Calculate weekly and monthly requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Plan and track artwork/configuration changes in SKUs and align materials for smooth production while minimizing write-offs and meeting implementation dates.
- Correct RSF locking and IB order confirmation by aligning SKU-Wise sales numbers based on material sufficiency and visibility of material supplies.
- Lead SLOB inventory liquidation with strong follow-ups.
- Assist in risk assessment, identification, development, and implementation of practices and procedures associated with Food Quality and Safety. Ensure and maintain personal hygiene.
- Understand, support, and demonstrate commitment to team goals.
- Develop forecast analysis by comparing Forecast vs Actual and month-on-month forecast variation. Identify its impact on inventory.
- Ensure proper data of Purchase Requisitions (PR) of raw and packaging material.
-Prepare all reports accurately and demonstrate them to upper management daily.
