Job Title: Customer Excellence Officer
Department: Customer Excellence (CE)
Location: Islamabad
Job Responsibilities:
· Sell SkyElectric (Pvt) Ltd Solar System to customers.
· Pick up incoming calls from customers in regards to Sales and Technical queries.
· Doing outbound calls in response to interest from customers in solar including cold calling.
· Upselling to existing clients including SkyElectric (Pvt) Ltd Premium Services.
· Working on alerts and tickets as and when needed.
· Respond to or create leads and tickets in response to alerts and customer queries.
· Respond to emails to address requirements and complaints.
· Carry out all tasks as per departmental and individual assigned KPIs.
· Collaborate within and outside the department to address customer queries.
· Working in rotating shifts including coming to the office on public holidays or as per the demand of the shift.
· Ensure the highest quality of work as per SkyElectric (Pvt) Ltd standards and demands.
· Carry out any other task as and when assigned by the team lead manager or HOD.
Qualification:
· Experience: Minimum 1 year.
· Bachelor’s degree: Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics Engineering, 3.0 CGPA from an HEC-approved university.
· Matriculation: At least 70% marks.
· Intermediate: At least 70% marks.
· Location: Preferably living in ISB or RWP.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in lead generation and Community management.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, CRM software, Google Analytics, Meta Business Tools, and relevant software/tools.
- Team player with good time-management skills.
