Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end export process, including coordinating shipments, arranging transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
Prepare and manage all relevant documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Foster collaboration with internal departments including production, supply chain, and finance to optimize export processes and improve operational efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation requirements.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy and compliance in all export activities.
Skills:
Good Communication Verbal & Written
MS Office
Knowledge of SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
