Brighto Paints Pvt. Ltd seeks an experienced Data Analyst to be a part of our team. Determining sales potential and ways to enhance sales performance will be his main responsibilities. Besides, you should be able to conduct thorough market research and suggest effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Determining sales potential based on new and existing sales data
- Demographic and geographic analysis
- Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and
forecasts to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management
conduct competitor analysis to assess market trends and identify potential
opportunities or threats - Reviewing the company’s past and current sales performance
- Presenting detailed insights, recommendations, and feedback on company
salesa - Implementing, managing, and improving sales processes
- Comparing day-to-day sales productivity
- Conduct research into competitive companies and the surrounding market
- Study shopping and purchase trends of consumer base and target
demographic - Create sales evaluation reports based on collected data
- Analyze and synthesize retail POS plans and results (weekly and/or
monthly) across multiple customers and/or channel functions to identify
and explain business drivers at the functional level in support of
consolidated presentations to the Executive management team. - Support corporate strategic planning, scenario analysis and other business
planning and analysis needs for customer “line reviews” and other major
enterprise initiatives. - Collaborate with the marketing department to analyze the effectiveness of
marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to maximize sales
impact. - Job Shift: General

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s
- Experience: 4-5 Years
