Key Responsibilities
· Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives, consumer insights, and market trends to drive brand growth and differentiation in the competitive FMCG landscape.
· Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional advertising, digital media, social media, and experiential marketing.
· Collaborate with product development teams to identify new product opportunities, develop product concepts, and bring innovative confectionery products to market that meet consumer needs and preferences.
· Utilize market research, consumer insights, and data analytics to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance brand positioning and market share.
· Oversee the development of brand communication materials, including advertising campaigns, packaging design, POS materials, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market share, sales data, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategies to address them proactively.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration in executing brand strategies and achieving business objectives.
· Manage brand marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI and achieve desired business outcomes.
· Protect and enhance the equity of Candyland brands by maintaining brand integrity, managing brand assets, and implementing brand-building initiatives that strengthen consumer loyalty and trust.
