Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited is looking for the competent profiles of “𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞-𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝”.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

The P&C Executive role is a key support position within our P&C team, designed to assist the People Business Partner (PBP) in essential P&C functions. This role will primarily focus on providing operational support in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent management processes. The P&C Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of these P&C functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the P&C department and the organization as a whole.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Islamabad



𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2 to 3 years prior experience in HR, especially in talent acquisition and onboarding.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Assist the PBP in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating the offer process.
Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Support the PBP in performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development planning. Maintain accurate records and assist in tracking performance metrics.
𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with P&C-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations and assist in conducting audits as needed.
𝐏&𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬: Support the PBP in various P&C projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and policy development where required.
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees and track employee participation and completion.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
