Position: Joint Manager – Non Motor Claims
Department Compliance and Claims
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing Non Motor Claim files and documents provided by divisions for settlement or approval.
- Ensure adherence to and implementation of claims Manual, SOPs and Process Flows within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Maintain adequate reserves for claims across all divisions.
- Manage comprehensive record-keeping and monitor the progress of all Non Motor Claims.
- Prioritize attention to claims with loss dates before policy inception, after the expiry period and matching the policy issue date.
- Responsible for submitting approvals and loss statements for cotton ginning losses.
- Support the line manager in submitting monthly data on Reserves, Paid, Outstanding and Intimated Claims.
- Regularly review and submit claim intimation reports.
- Communicate with divisions and surveyors to address any documentation deficiencies promptly for expedited claim settlement.
- Prepare and maintain various reports on claim intimation, payments and outstanding claims on a monthly and quarterly basis. Additionally, compile necessary claim reports for Business Review & Planning Group Meetings on a monthly basis.
