Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for its Agri Sciences business based in Multan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the achievement of sales targets for the entire region in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure the team’s full compliance with the Company’s HSE/Ethics policy, placing special emphasis on product stewardship and road safety to meet business challenges.
- Provide regular updates to NSM on new developments and changing trends in the market.
- Implement marketing strategies effectively through the team to optimise promotional spending.
- Develop products by leveraging a robust customer network at both the dealer and farmer levels while maintaining strong relations with relevant Government departments like agriculture extension.
- Enhance people capability to meet business objectives and boost engagement, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of competition information.
- Recommend the right customers and ensure settlements within defined time limits.
- Manage travel and developmental expenses effectively, maintaining a favorable cost/benefit ratio.
- Explore new business opportunities to improve market share and enhance the team’s productivity.
