Job Role: Warehouse Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels by regular stock check and reconciling discrepancies. Process and fulfill internal and external orders in a timely manner.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Comply quality control measures to ensure the integrity of goods.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming shipments.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse and conduct safety talks. Coordinate with maintenance staff to address WH equipment issues promptly.
- Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Conversant with Receiving, Inspection, Storage and Issuance SOPs etc.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other relevant metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
- Proficient in SAP (MM & WM Module) & MS Office
Specification (Qualification/Experience):
Qualification: 03 years DAE (Material Management) / F.Sc
Experience: 05 – 10 years of experience in Warehouse Management
