Job Purpose:

  • To manage franchise operations, commissions, risk & Audit and vendor management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the progress of embedded integrity project for S&D.
  • Responsible for managing internal & external Audit requirements, queries & data provision.
  • Responsible for monitoring and review of S&D Internal Control Matrix and consequent compliance.
  • Monitoring the Sales Channel Commission processing and timely disbursement while keeping a close check on the periodic payout trends.
  • Management of S&D related vendor payments, SLA compliance, payment status monitoring and relevant risk controls and problem resolution.
  • Management of Purchase Requisitions for all S&D related projects and problem resolution.
  • Responsible for management of franchise channel operations including induction, termination, change of ownership etc. as well as channel support and ad-hoc problem resolution in coordination with Legal & Regulatory.
  • Monitoring S&D BPR Projects and relevant reporting to CAD Management.
  • Overall Policy & Process management & Compliance in processes.
  • Managing the entire operations team including responsibilities of franchise operations, commission management, ERP Management.
  • Project management for all planned or ad-hoc Operations related projects.

Job Title: Grid Manager

Job Purpose:

Grid Manager will be responsible for managing & achieving all major KPIs of Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development and Cell Sites Utilization in the assigned territory/ grid/ area.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Concentrate on revenue growth from 3G, 4G sales including handset sales by deploying new smartphone shops and enhance the quality of existing retailers/ smartphone shops.
  • To ensure quality of gross ads, 3G/4G gross add.
  • To ensure Channel Expansion (SIM Selling, ML, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid) by identification of high potential areas within the grid.
  • Ensure that timely purchase orders are placed by Franchises to ensure availability of stock at all times.

Customer Services:

  • Handle end to end Complaint Management, CSI Monitoring, Quality Assurance and customer experience management at franchise.

Planning:

  • Identify untapped areas in the assigned territory and guide teams to increase retail penetration.
  • Guide BDOs in planning sales routes.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecast for Sims, scratch cards, Mini load & Recharge on daily / weekly / monthly / basis for effective sales planning.
  • Plan with Regional Sales Head localized sales promos in areas of low sales performance and low network utilization.

Team Management & Supervision:

  • Ensure that staff and retailers are fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge.
  • To make periodic visits to the market and ensure stock availability in the entire territory.
  • To ensure that the channel partners stay abreast with all the developments in terms of SOP’s, discipline, Targets and Trade Promotions.

Merchandising:

  • Responsible for availability of POS material at the outlets.

Business Development:

  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Channel teams regarding BTL activities, trade promotions, business development and special events in the grid.

Job Title: Assistant Manager M2M & ESS Product Development

Department: Govt. & Corporate Sales

Reporting to: Assistant Manager Coverage Solution, M2M & IOT

Job Purpose:

  • Develop coherent & flexible M2M/IOT solutions plus Platforms by leveraging CMPak capabilities and partnerships to create propositions for Enterprise Market.
  • Drive end-to-end activities for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements by working closely with Engineering, Sales & other stakeholders
  • Support HQ and regional teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the regional team for all M2M Products, follows up sales activity, collaborating with the sales team in the identification of opportunities and problems and their correct exploitation/solution.
  • Develop detailed external sales/marketing tools such as playbooks, solution briefs, and presentations to effectively showcase product capabilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities of the Machine to Machine (M2M) portfolio and IOT portfolio
  • Develop sales forecasts, business cases, competitive analysis, and other insights for the M2M products portfolio.
  • Provide detailed insight into emerging opportunities and conduct market research to determine user needs through competitive market gap analysis and evaluating the viability of new products.
  • Drive product development by working closely with Partners, technology and other stakeholders ensuring end-to-end delivery.
  • Develop strategic partnership alliances with local ICT companies, Startups, system integrators and software service providers to launch M2M solutions for B2B customers.
  • Manage interdepartmental coordination and meetings pertaining to cross-functional teams Own product roadmap and identify document Use Cases that will define product delivery priorities and timeline.
  • Carry out trainings to ensure that Sales and business support functions are adequately trained on M2M offerings.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field of study Engineering and MBA Degree will be preferred

Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in M2M/IOT field.
