Position: Demand & Business Excellence Manager
The Demand and Business Excellence Manager operates as a link between the stakeholders to guarantee the optimum supply chain process. It encompasses a link within the activities of forecasting, order entry, order promising, and planning.
This position is the main driver of the Demand Management and the facilitator of the S&OP business process. This position must participate in forecast elaboration, identifying and distributing product/financial allocations. Provide facilitation for demand statement in accordance with the market dynamics and financial objectives of the company, while ensuring adherence to policies and achievement of Key Performance Indicators.
Major Responsibilities
- Monitor the health of the S&OP process in line with Class A requirements and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of their requirements as well as they comply to them.
- Participate in the New Product related meetings in order to determine their market projections. Keeping a database of opportunities will facilitate and improve market projections.
- Administrate, integrate and consolidate sales projections to be presented to the Sales and Operations Plan and to elaborate reports requested by Region/Area. Reconciles supply, demand and new product plans at both detail and aggregate levels and tied to the business plan to be reviewed during S&OP process.
- Consolidate the information that is going to be used in the Commercial Review, Demand Review, Internal Financial Reconciliation and S&OP meeting.
- Regularly update the policy / procedure on the management of the S&OP process.
Education/Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelors from a reputable Business Institute
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a demand planning/ supply chain
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Power BIs and Database skills; experience in ERP(s) will be an added advantage
- Must have good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good team player

Position: Senior Demand Analyst
This role will play an essential role in the S&OP process of a company. The position will be responsible to analyze business data for product forecasting.
This position will facilitate the dialogue each month through the monthly S&OP process, for their respective customers and products with key counterparts in Commercial and Operations. Manage exceptions in demand as and when required.
Major Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for a detailed review of demand planning process and provide support to establish a monthly demand statement.
- Support the Demand Manager in preparing relevant analysis for discussion in Demand Review and S&OP meetings.
- Highlight and track Affiliate’s actual sales vs forecast plan (KPIs) and identify sales gaps. Establish action plans with relevant stakeholders to improve the KPIs.
- Perform gap analysis on forecast plan between Demand Forecast and Financial Forecast systems
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting into ERPs/ business systems as per requirement and maintain appropriate planning working files.
- Facilitate audits as and when required.
Education/Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelors from a reputable Business Institute
- Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in a demand planning/ supply chain
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Power BIs and Database skills; experience in ERP(s) will be an added advantage
- Must have good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good team player
