What will Intern People Experience do?

• Initiating and completing pre-employment processes related to New Joiners according to the policy and guidelines
• Delivering a superior new hire experience by providing a high level of Customer Service and maintaining quality and professionalism throughout the pre-employment Onboarding process
• Liaising with stakeholders across the organization for timely delivery of Business Tools and enhancing the onboarding experience
• Deliver joining day inductions with new joiners for an orientation of the Organization, including policy overview, Business Tools handover and other relevant Onboarding necessity
• Managing New Joiner Onboarding Calendars and ensure Orientation sessions are running smoothly
• A complete understanding & exposure to the Onboarding experience a joiner goes through at Jazz with a focus on taking Digital Initiatives once the entire process is comprehended coupled with practical exposure.
• Deliverables: Researching & pursuing digital alternatives/initiatives for revamping & redesigning the onboarding experience while ensuring the experience levels/ratings are maintained during the practical exposure to the procedure.

Position: Intern Corporate Communications

What will Corporate Communications Intern do?

• Coordination with different departments to collate verified up to date information
• Rolling out communication to ensure company visibility across different mediums
• Assist Stream Head External Communications with coordinating various media requests to support executive and company visibility
• Opportunity to plan and write various types of content, from media materials, including press releases and articles, to social media posts, video scripts, multimedia content etc.
• Media monitoring and sentiment analysis
• Manage multiple projects as assigned
• Design visually compelling presentations

• Commercial, Technology and Corporate Opex analysis
• Opex and Capex costs analysis
• Post implementation reviews of projects
• Deep dive of energy costs – analysis and trends
• Site/ Office rental schedules – reconciliation with IFRS register
