Purpose: To provide information on phone calls regarding admissions criteria, important deadlines, scholarships, fee structure, payment queries, and test schedules to prospective students and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team and provide them with relevant training in order to handle queries through phone calls.
- Supervise the flow of information on admissions criteria, important deadlines, scholarships, fee structure, payment queries, and test schedules to prospective students and others.
- Supervise the troubleshooting facility for candidates during the entire admission cycle regarding online admission application submission, fee payment methods, admission test queries on the test day, etc.
- Handle the requirement of follow-up calls during the admission cycle to prospective students at different stages of admission application
- Guide candidates about test & retest dates, program change/transfer facility and procedure, merit list selection dates, fee submission deadlines, etc.
- Ensure record keeping of all inbound, outbound, and follow-up calls.
- Responsible for reporting and highlighting candidates’ concerns and issues during the admission cycle so the system can be improved.
- Responsible for compiling and preparing the complete file of applicants’ feedback in order to generate comparison reports for management, whenever required.
