Responsibilities
- To make detailed sales forecast and projected P&L statements for all business segments to help the management set goals and track progress.
- Set day-wise and category wise targets on monthly basis for all business segments to ensure that the company is on track to fulfill annual business plan.
- Analyze P&L statement of all the retail outlets across Pakistan and report findings to Retail Heads and the Management, highlighting areas of improvement with respect to cost optimization and sales enhancement.
- Provide research & analysis on ad hoc basis to line manager for strategic decision making.
- Conduct detailed financial feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
- Conduct detailed market research covering business potential analysis, competition analysis, and proximity analysis.
- Give recommendations regarding prospects of underperforming stores based on in-depth historical sales & profitability analysis.
- Conduct periodic store visits (on management’s advice) to identify potential areas of improvements
Requirements
Education: Bachelors (in business related field) from any reputable university, ACCA, CIMA, MBA (preferred)
Experience: 0-3 Years
The Ideal candidate should have good command on Excel (financial modeling), good communication (written & oral both) and presentation skills.
