Transactional Analyst – NayaPay
We are looking for a Transactional Analyst to join NayaPay’s growing team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Monitor all key business applications related to Alternate Delivery Channel services.
- Carry out daily transaction investigations and process automation.
- Coordinate with the Dispute Resolution team for end-to-end problem resolution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners for timely resolution of operational complaints.
- Manage MIS of day-to-day issues.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Sciences or related field.
- Experience in working with payment platforms, core banking systems, or other transaction processing systems.
- Knowledge of ISO8583 and payments switch (EMV/NFC/Tokenization), PCI-DSS, and PADSS are a plus.
- APIs (Rest/SOAP), SQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Flexibility of working evening/night shifts with the possibility to work from home is a plus.
- Sound analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
