Power Cement Company Pvt Limited Jobs Senior Deputy Manager Finance:
We are looking for Senior Deputy Manager of Finance (Analyst & Accounts Receivable/Payable) with Minimum 5 Years+ of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection/payment procedures that comply with the local laws & contractual terms (incl. credit terms);
- Maintain and manage vendor and customer data base;
- Develop AR and AP dashboard of KPIs;
- Preparation and analysis of budgets and rolling forecasts for all factory related functions;
- Independent analysis of full working capital cycle in the context of collection/payments transactions;
- Controlling and monitoring budget along with reporting on variances on monthly basis;
- Managing financial aspects of procurement to payment cycle from requisition to eventual conversion into PO;
- To evaluate contracts and agreements with detailed study of cost breakups and related terms and conditions;
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting treatments, to avoid any misrepresentation and wrong classification;
- Supervise accounts receivable & Payable team in daily routine activities, preparation of periodic sales report/analysis and vendors/customers accounts reconciliation;
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Regular review of existing processes and highlight control weaknesses, along with recommendations for mitigation of those risks;
- Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits and ensure their availability at the time of requirement;
- Cross functional liaison and teams’ coordination on daily basis;
- Accomplishes organization’s mission by completing related results as and when required.
Qualification and Skills
- Qualified accountant or Masters in business administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & ERP systems
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Previous management experience
