Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Executive (Finance & Accounts).
Location: M & S Office, Rawalpindi
Education: CA-Inter / ACCA or ICMA qualified. O/A Levels background would be preferred.
Experience: At least 03 – 05 years’ hands-on experience of working in corporate secretarial function of a Listed Company. Experience of finance related areas such as budgeting would be preferred.

Job Description:
The Executive (F & A) will be required to undertake the following duties:

Preparation for board meetings and general meetings including working papers / agendas / minutes
Disbursement / processing of dividend to shareholders including non-resident shareholder and handling related matters e.g. bank reconciliations, correspondence with banks etc.
Processing of bonus shares and related regulatory requirements
Preparation of Directors Review Report
Compilation and printing of quarterly /annual financial statements
Filings of forms / statutory returns under Companies Act, 2017, Securities Act, 2015, PSX Rule Book and all other relevant laws and regulations
Coordination with Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC) on related matters
Coordination with Auditors for obtaining Independent Assurance Reports on ‘Confirmation of CDS Shareholding’ and ‘Annual Free Float Report’
Liaison with share registrar regarding shareholder related matters including dividends
Compliance with Code of Corporate Governance, 2019 and related audit review
Preparing synopsis of new corporate laws and regulatory requirements and advice on implementation
Handling all shareholders’ related matters
Ad-hoc communication with regulators including SECP & PSX. Apply
