The City School Jobs Manager HR/ Deputy Manager HR- Operations:
TheCitySchool is looking to fill out the position of Manager HR/ Deputy Manager HR- Operations at the Head Office, Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing of CRO & schools as per SOP timelines for almost 2800 employees
- Verifications of documents from different financial/Govt. institutions
- Annual salary appraisal process comparison & compiling
- Compliance with audit observation
- Leaves & attendance audit compliance
- Healthcare new addition and reimbursement of claims of CR schools/ deduction of service charges
- PSO card addition, deletion and limit revision
- Group life insurance/ EOBI claims verifications
- Manage and issue all relevant office orders as and when required
- Headcount planning and its implementation in ERP and schools
- Preparation of different reports in excel as and when required
- Schools visit for HR Audit.
- Personal files management (RO staff & SLT)
Candidates should have excellent analytical skills and be well-versed with Oracle ERP, HCM/ HRIS & advanced MS Office Skills.
