Paymob Jobs Digital Segments Specialist:

Paymob is looking for Digital Segments Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop an overall marketing strategy for all merchant segments, taking into account merchant needs & competitive offerings and ensuring achievement of business objectives
Keep a keen eye on competitive landscape for preemptive strategic decisions
Liaison with sales team, to support them with achievement visibility
Chalk out targets and commission structure for different segments and monitor their performance against the key KPIs
Develop dashboards to monitor internal and external KPIs with a keen eye on changing trends
Identify gaps in portfolio, propose changes and execute proposals
Generate new ideas for revenue maximization and enhancing CLTV (for merchant in our case)
Ability to understand problem statement, find analytical answers and present solutions
Connect and build a strong relationship with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, such as sales (regional), product, finance, operations etc.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (16 years qualification), Candidates with MBA degree shall be preferred.

Work Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in segments & pricing, or any relevant (analytical) role.
Experience in e-commerce will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

Ability to convert raw data into presentable useful information
Strong analytical skills with a fervor for problem solving
Passionate about learning and sharing ideas
Strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills to motivate and work closely with diverse, cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Must be an Exel ninja & Powerpoint whizz
SQL & other language knowledge along with BI softwares such as tableau will be an added plus
