Urgent Hiring! 01 x Planning Officer is required in FPCL Business Development Department at Plant site, Karachi. The best fit should be able to perform the following tasks;
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements / reporting package as per applicable financial reporting framework
- Preparation ,update and maintain schedules for Annual Turnarounds.
- Maintain and update of all Planning unit’s and Business development records.
- Preparation ,update and maintain schedules for emergency shutdowns.
- Compilation, maintaining and updating data for Turnarounds, Planned/unplanned shutdown in SAP, excel, Power Point, MS Project/Equivalent Project software.
- Coordinating Manpower requirements within or external for turnarounds, emergency shutdowns.
- Preparation and update of Manpower data (Plan vs Actual) in excel as well graphical forms in Power Point slides.
- Maintain, update data in SAP system for notification, work orders and progress monitoring.
- Initiating MIVs in Lotus notes for issuance of material through warehouse,
Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelors degree from HEC recognized University with 6-8 years experience in planning & contracts management role.
