Job Responsibilities:
- Providing sound legal advice to the BOD and management on all areas of law by providing interpretation, opinion, correspondence and reports
- Managing all legal matters including but not limited to attending, defending and filing cases as and when required
- Liaising with external lawyers and government bodies/officials for related matters and advising the best course of action
- Supervising and overseeing the legal cases, as well as, review, negotiation and drafting legal documents such as contracts and agreements
- Handling and coordinating matters related with Law Enforcement Agencies on behalf of the company
