Marie Stopes Society is looking for following position for its Support Office:

Job Duties:
- Handling of purchase requisition assigned by the supervisor
- Responsible to execute procurement as per the standard operating procedure of the procurement process in line with guidelines laid down by MSS/MSI as well as in accordance with the MSS financial guidelines
- Coordinating the vendor for negotiation as well as order follow-up
- Responsible for procurement to pay complete process till invoice has been submitted in finance
- Perform vendor evaluation periodically
- Support donor, statutory audits as well as internal audits
- Ensuring purchasing and financial compliance
- Achieving cost improvement goals through centralize contracts
- Visit markets and exhibitions related to the work for market knowledge
- Process advance payments & Settlement of bill after receiving invoice
- Organize filing and records
- Coordinate with MSI for vetting checks of business partner
- Provide support in registering accruals and utilities expenses in EMS system
- Support in Monthly Closing activity
- Co ordinate with Clearing Agent for Shipment Clearance
- Process advance payment in connection of import shipment and settlement of final clearance bill
