ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Warehouse for its Pharmaceuticals business, based in Karachi.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Managing and reporting inventories in systems as per physical availability of stocks.
- Coordinating and managing supplier audits, physical counts of material as per GMP & HSE compliance and verifying/managing vendor bills for payments.
- Coordinating training of warehouse team on EHS/GMP SOPs and best housekeeping.
- Utilizing storage facilities to derive maximum benefit of space.
- Ensuring correct dispensing on a daily basis, without any errors.
- Working proactively with various departments to realise efficiencies and manage expectations.
- Suggesting improvements to operations and resolving problems and complains.
- Supervising, coaching and training the inventory team.

- Well organized and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Effective communication and strong follow-up.
- Problem-solving, teamwork and strong implementation skills.
- Ability to plan, priorities and organize effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
- Familiar with warehousing storage as per ISO Standards, cGMP, GSP & HSE guidelines.
- Expert at SAP – (MM, PP Module).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
