Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the RAISEC test to help students find their aptitude/interests.
- Maintain Individual Education Plans of all students.
- One-on-one guidance counselling session w.r.t IEPs.
- Provide mentoring on subject selection, co-curricular activities and career pathways.
- Set the basis for college application.
- Guide students towards SAT and practice in Class 11.
- Provide internship opportunities to students.
- Actively engage students in co-curricular activities such as sports, public speaking etc.
- Coordinate with CAPS for different sessions and activities in schools.
- Aim for maximum student retention in TCS A Level campuses.
- Build the overall profile of all concerned students and focus on academics and wellbeing.
