Finance Executive :

• Generating invoices and account statements

Requirements

Academic Qualification: B.Com/ BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance)
Professional Qualification: ACCA (Intermediate)

This is a generalist role with key responsibilities including overall HR operations, monitoring attendance for payroll, ERP systems, and data management. He should have hands-on experience in handling laborers along with a good understanding of labor Laws, SESSI, and EOBI.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Preparing Quarterly, Semiannually & Annual financials as per IFRS & Companies Act 2017.
• Preparing Annual Directors’ report & ratio analysis.
• Conducting External Audit & facilitating external auditors.
• Submission of Company’s Annual Income Tax Return.
• E-filling of monthly & annual Sales Tax Return.
• Submission of monthly withholding SRB & PRA returns.
• Monitor deduction of withholding tax under various sections of ITO.
• Submission of quarterly withholding statement.
• Working of quarterly Advance Tax.
• Working for obtaining semiannual exemption certificate on goods supply.
• Submission of Application for import addition, refund & Form 181.
• Reconciliation of Taxation & Financial Record.
• FBR, SRB Notices Reply. Compliance with department regarding monitoring, audit & other matters.
• Dealing all corporate & SECP matters.
• SECP Notices Reply.
• Preparing Minutes of Meeting, Board Resolution, Transfer Deed and pattern of Shareholding.
• Preparing stock statement.
• Issuing Credit & Debit notes when required.
• Preparing tax certificates of employees.
• Facilitating dealers on taxation issues.
• Other Payable Matters

Academic Qualification: Must be Bachelors/Masters

Professional Qualification: ACCA / ACMA / CMA / CA (Intermediate)

Experience: At least 3-4 Years in the relevant field.
