Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for:

Title: Finance Executive – Banking Operations (Karachi)

Education: Minimum Bachelors in Finance or Equivalent qualifications
Experience: 0 to 1 Years of Relevant Finance Experience

Job Responsibilities

· Updating cash balances daily.
· Correspondence with banks for Bank statements, account status and other matters
· Preparing letter for fixed income settlements, fund transfer and RTGS
· Checking execution of cheques, fund transfer and RTGS through bank statement and online portal.
· Co-ordination and consistent follow-up with banks daily for various operational matters.
· Booking AP on financial Oracle (AP Module) for fund transfer & RTGS
· Preparing Letters for Investment Settlements
· Dealing with banks and communication to ensure all investment Deals are settled timely
· Recalculation of Profits received on Saving Accounts
· Other operational tasks as assigned by line Manager
· Preparation of letters for Fixed Income Settlements.
· Co-ordination with banks for Fixed Income settlements
· Preparing Cash Position, Assist with liquidity Management.
· Overseeing Inter-fund Transfers and their execution.
· Overseeing all Banking compliance.
· Managing Updated records of Authorized Signatories Compliance Information.
· Recalculation of DPA Account Profits to ensure profits credited as per Rates.

Requirements:

· Minimum Qualifications must be Graduate completion in Finance
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially in MS Excel & MS Word)
· Proficient in effective coordination and follow-ups.
· Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
· Experience of using ERP
· Awareness of Banking Instruments
· Prior experience of back-office treasury will be preferred
