Position: Procurement Executive

Mission Statement: Support and execute group procurement strategies at country level for the All commodities and categories managed (Direct, indirect or Operational) to ensure lowest cost with highest quality and on time supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision.

Main Responsibilities

Align with internal and external key stakeholders to drive and ensure implementation of strategies for commodities managed.
Run tenders for the managed categories to negotiate pricings as well as other terms and conditions to achieve Pipeline of value targets identified yearly
Understanding full business requirements and influence internal stakeholders to drive short term and long term productivities and reduce TCO. Make sure CCI plants/warehouses operate with minimum stocks and just on time delivery as much as possible.
Ensure approvals and contracts for all High risk/High Spend concluded negotiation done at Coutry or Group level within managed portfolio
Ensure compliance with all relevant business policies and SOP
Create preferred supplier lists for all categories managed considering spend, relation tenure & pricing trend
Maintain good utilization for eProcurement tools made available by CCI
Create monthly procurement reports to support Group and Supply Chain reporting.
Identify and Develop alternative suppliers in line with group procurement strategy, create contingency plans.
Monitor industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and exploit emerging opportunities that benefit CCI
Follow market trends for the raw materials of the procured items to recommend prebuy or hedging options
Lead Supplier Relationship Management partnerships that generate business specific objectives and execute against objectives to generate shared value between organizations, which include continuous cost optimization
Ensure comprehensive knowledge & compliance to all local laws/regulation regarding buying operations, State Bank laws and trade industry rules
Identify and execute initiatve for sustainability in line with CCI & TCCC targets
