Position: Process Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Relevant training courses (a Plus)
Experience: 6 years plus relevant design experiment in process engineering pertaining to oil & gas plants, refineries, petrochemical plants and fertilizers industry.
Experience:
• P&ID development
• Facility developments and Plant Upgrades
• Development & interpretation of P&IDs, equipment specifications and data sheets
• Development/ preparation of process description and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Development of Cause & Effect (C&E) sheets.
• Participation in HAZOP, SIL and other process safety studies
• Engineering calculations and studies using available software (Hysys etc.) and calculation sheets.
• Interpretation of Codes & Standards
• Field visits for data collection and as-Building . Review of vendor documentation
• Procurement assistance
• Knowledge of international codes and standards applicable to onshore
• upstream oil and gas facilities
• Computer literate with good communication skills
