Position: Floor Manager (Non-Food)
Key Responsibilities:
- Department performance check on regular basis to ensure smooth operations including in depth check of departments and operational process.
- Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all concern for management team and working staff.
- Ensure quality customer service by processing customer complaints, comments and feedback.
- Specified product knowledge related to Non-Food product line.
- Maintain market awareness and perform competitor analysis, introduce new and innovative promotional activities in accordance to latest product line.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience gained from a local or foreign retail environment or service oriented organization at least 2-3 years of experience ideally in a managerial role.
- University graduate in any discipline.
