We are looking for Procurement Executive (In-Direct Material) — S.I.T.E Area Karachi

Skills and Requirements:
Education: Graduation/B-Tech
Experience: 02 to 04 years in FMCG industry, experience in purchase (specially in Parts & Machinery items)

Requirements:

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials as per PR.
Negotiate with suppliers for optimum rates to procure quality materials and to ensure quotations are obtained from suppliers within due time.
Creating and issuance of purchase orders to vendors.
Schedule the deliveries of Indirect Materials as per requirement mentioned in PO/PR. Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Coordinate with stores for timely creation of GRN and processing to finance for payments. Coordinate with Account/ Finance department for timely payment to suppliers.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
Make positive contribution in bottom line by initiating cost saving ideas/projects Manage PR to PO time, which must be within agreed limits.
Minimize rejections up to agreed limits of total POs created.
Monitor KPI related to suppliers’ payments (Ageing)
