Job Brief
We are looking for a Product Analyst to work on our products that reach users world-wide. In this role, you’ll work with our Design, Product, Data and Engineering teams to analyze and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business problems and accurately and concisely articulate issues, risks, questions, and recommendations to customers, team members, and management
- Prepare and maintain product and work plans
- Support product development life-cycle that typically includes requirements elicitation, documentation and implementation, stakeholder coordination and communication with senior management
- Recommend improvements to methodologies and processes in order to more effectively deliver requirements and support the business and tech teams
- Act as a liaison between business owners, product manager and technology team to ensure smooth and effective flow of communication and requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including experience on the Product side
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with writing requirement/specifications of technology related products
- Basic knowledge of product design trends and good practices
- Working skills of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
- Knowledge of writing database/SQL queries??

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide product direction and measurable performance to the team, and will be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy and specifications, marketing and sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct market research and competitive analyses.
- Write product specifications, working with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal and external teams including engineering, design, key executives and others.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure that products satisfy customer needs.
- Enhance the roadmap with new ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new products or features.
- Be able to work efficiently in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of active product management experience with overall 5-8 years of industry experience.
- Passion for and deep understanding of the technology business.
- Prior experience in product management in either B2B or B2C products.
- Desire for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
- Creating product specifications and shaping product strategy to increase the user base.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
- Capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
- MBA and/or BA/BS degree in Economics or CS/EE major is preferred but not required.
- Experience or familiarity with B2B pre-sales or consulting is highly desirable.
