Job Brief
We are looking for a Product Analyst to work on our products that reach users world-wide. In this role, you’ll work with our Design, Product, Data and Engineering teams to analyze and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business problems and accurately and concisely articulate issues, risks, questions, and recommendations to customers, team members, and management
Prepare and maintain product and work plans
Support product development life-cycle that typically includes requirements elicitation, documentation and implementation, stakeholder coordination and communication with senior management
Recommend improvements to methodologies and processes in order to more effectively deliver requirements and support the business and tech teams
Act as a liaison between business owners, product manager and technology team to ensure smooth and effective flow of communication and requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred but not required
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including experience on the Product side
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with writing requirement/specifications of technology related products
Basic knowledge of product design trends and good practices
Working skills of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
Knowledge of writing database/SQL queries??

We are looking for a Product Manager who will work closely with the company leadership, marketing analysts, designers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide product direction and measurable performance to the team, and will be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy and specifications, marketing and sales. Key responsibilities include:

Conduct market research and competitive analyses.
Write product specifications, working with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal and external teams including engineering, design, key executives and others.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure that products satisfy customer needs.
Enhance the roadmap with new ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new products or features.
Be able to work efficiently in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired.

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of active product management experience with overall 5-8 years of industry experience.
Passion for and deep understanding of the technology business.
Prior experience in product management in either B2B or B2C products.
Desire for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
Creating product specifications and shaping product strategy to increase the user base.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
Capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
MBA and/or BA/BS degree in Economics or CS/EE major is preferred but not required.
Experience or familiarity with B2B pre-sales or consulting is highly desirable.
