Position: Fullstack Developer with Node and Angular
Experience & Education:
- 2+ years of experience in Node and Angular
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
Functional/Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express and strongLoop
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Soft Skills Required:
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
- Display strong leadership and communication skills to work together with product, engineering and management
