MCB-Arif Habib Savings and Investments Limited is inviting applications for the position of “Manager Taxation & Corporate Affairs” based in its Karachi Office. The Individuals who fulfil the following criteria may apply for the position. Manager Taxation & Corporate Affairs
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualification: ICMAP / ACCA Qualified or CA Finalist
Age: Upto 30 Years
Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience Other
Skills/Expertise Required: The Candidate must possess excellent drafting and communication skills and should be able to work with minimum supervision.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strong grip on Taxation and Corporate Laws;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory/regulatory requirements, filing of statutory returns;
- Manage Regulatory authorities including PSX, FBR, SRB and SECP and respective consultants;
- Liaise with the Share Registrar of the Company;
- Assist the Company Secretary in matters:
- Relating of Shareholders and Board of Directors including elections of Directors
- Conducting General Meetings of the Company/Board Meetings
- Timely preparation and distribution of notices, agenda items and working papers among the
- Shareholders / Directors.
- Recording and timely distribution of minutes of the respective meetings
