Dalda Foods is hiring a suitable candidate for the position of AM Utilities for its edible oil refinery located at the Karachi SITE area.
The ideal candidate must possess BE Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of utilities in any heavy process industry preferably from Refineries & Edible oil Industry. Main responsibilities:
- Manage Boilers & allied equipment, Boiler water internal/external treatment, Steam distribution network, water management, compressors, and cooling towers operation, maintenance & troubleshooting.
- Maintain Safety limits/interlocks for boilers safe operation such as water level in the boiler, Safe operation of Air / Fuel ratio, and stack temperature; to ensure its compliance with mandated safety codes.
- Enforcing safety standards during the operation of the boiler in order to avoid any hazardous incident. Make proper SOP’s regarding the safety of the boiler and equipment also ensures SOP compliance.
- Responsible for maintaining logs of operation of utilities, safety activities, and safe maintenance work of equipment malfunctions.
