Hiring: Head of Sales
Division: Salt & Eggs
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
- Develop Sales & Marketing strategies locally for Eggs and Salt for Export.
- Responsible for achieving sales Target both in local & export categories.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling and execution of projects from start to finish.
- Ensure effective communication with the clients, manage and provide update on cost and margins.
- The individual must be comfortable working with superiors, as part of their responsibility involves working directly with the CEO to create the marketing plan for a given campaigns.
Location: Lahore
Candidate must be MBA or Master in Marketing with at least 15 – 20 years of experience in local and export sales preferably in FMCG sector.
