Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of M&P’s product and service.
- Keep track of competitor products, services and market rates.
- Explore and increase share of company’s business in the Market.
- Generate sales pipeline in the SME Market.
- Maintain strong database of customer information and periodically update the same in system.
- Prioritize business development through new and lost customers.
- Retaining existing client base and onboard lost business.
- Educate customers about M&P products and grow business by deepening and cross selling.
- Ensure timely invoice submission to customers.
- Follow-up and recover invoice amount as per Agreed payment terms.
- Follow-up on Sales Leads identified in customer calls and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
