Head of Department IT (for a large scale Group of Companies in Lahore):
Responsible for reviewing and development of departmental SOPs. He will be leading the companyÃs technology strategy, execution, and operations. Additionally, the head of the IT department will be focused on developing in-house skillsets and managing key vendor relationships. He should be well versed in matters related Computer Servers (Email server, data servers), Software, Hardware related quires, hacking and group level ERP matters. Implements and designs hardware and software as per company current and future needs.
Capable of leading IT department and managing a diversified IT team working at different locations. Having excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with strong leadership capabilities.
Preferably master degree holder with 10+ years of relevant experience in performing similar responsibilities in a previous company. A young and dynamic personality with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills is mandatory. He has to be a champion for defining, scaling, and operating processes along with project management excellence.
