Location: Head Office, Karachi
Age: 28-40 years
Education and/or Qualifications: Graduate
Experience: Minimum two years in similar capacity (military service is preferred)
Salary Range (PKR): Market Compatible

Job Description

Preparing/updating daily schedule of CFO.
Maintaining CFO’s personal/official calendar of activities.
Maintaining CFO’s office and making arrangements for CFO’s guests/meetings.
Carrying out all indoor/outdoor, personal/official activities assigned by the CFO.
Drafting any letter/email/presentation and scanning and/or photocopying any document required by CFO.
Managing all incoming/outgoing calls.
Managing CFO’s travel and lodging arrangements (including visa application) for international/domestic trips.
Maintaining proper record of all CFO’s taxable transactions, zakat payments and donations made.
Managing all official and personal records of CFO.
Managing department/staff coordination.
Supporting treasury operations.
