Seeking profiles for Officer Legal Affairs- Legal Department.
Location: Karachi
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role
Qualification: Must be at least a Law Graduate from a reputable university
This position will be responsible for reviewing and examining documents, deeds, judgements, etc., and giving legal opinion along with handling litigation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To review the property documents and various deeds executed and signed as security to spell out the legal aspect of the deeds and documents and to provide post mortgage legal vetting at Post Mortgage Stage.
- To review and examine the Orders, Judgments and Decrees passed by various Honorable courts and to suggest the appropriate measures to comply with such orders, judgments, and decrees.
- To handle litigation by or against the Bank and also well conversant with pending/closed litigation.

Seeking profiles for Unit Head – Facilities Management- Administration Department, Karachi
Experience:Minimum 4-6 years in similar capacity
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of facilities management of Head Office and South I & II Branches.
- To Head the maintenance team.
- Supervise timely rectifications/resolutions of issues related to, Civil Works maintenance, Electrical, Telecommunication (PABX), ACs and Generators etc.
- All approvals initiations and dealings related to settlements of Billing of related functions.
- Managing annual budgets, cost control and payments
