Herbion Pakistan is looking for Head of HR / Admin. Female Preferred
Education: MBA/MPA – HR
Experience: 8-10 Years
Responsibilities:
- •Develop manpower budget as per the requirement of HODs and duly approved by Board of Directors.
- •Quarterly review report of progress on budgeted manpower including exceptions.
- •Supervise the entire recruitment and selection process as per the company policy and approved manpower budget.
- •Annual Review of compensation policy after comparative analysis of market practices.
- •Liaise with Insurance Companies for Group life/Medical & Health Insurance of Employees.
- •Conduct Performance Appraisal System on a quarterly and annual basis as per the prescribed procedures.
- •Review the progress on annual training calendar on a monthly basis.
- •Prepare the training budget and get the approval from Board of Directors.
- •To coordinate with administration department in taking prevention measures for controlling environmental pollution
- •Focusing on departmental heads to develop succession plan.
- •Supervision of dispensary operations including medicines, furniture, fixtures etc. and enhancements.
