Requirements:

Bachelors from an HEC recognized university
7-12 years of relevant work experience

Overall Responsibilities: This position is responsible for a wide variety of secretarial & administrative duties supporting a C-Level Executive. Following tasks are typical for this position, incumbents may be required to perform additional/different duties from those set forth below to address business needs.

Answers & screens phone calls/manages the executive’s mail
Schedules & coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration & travel arrangements as necessary
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
Maintain confidentiality at all times

LLM/BPTC/LPC from an HEC recognized university
5-6 yrs of relevant work experience
1 yr litigation experience in a law firm, familiarity with Court (esp. Sindh High Court)

Overall Responsibilities:

Render written advice on intellectual property matters & work closely with external counsels for registration & protection of IP rights
Liaise with external counsels, attend meetings & court hearings
Lender advice/written opinions on potential litigation matters & current litigation.
Assist with auditors’ responses, maintenance of litigation sheets, preparation of board resolution & Authority letters & update business about progress of cases
