Seeking profiles for Area Manager Sales– Commercial & Retail Banking Group
Location: Karachi
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in similar capacity
Position Summary:
This position leads a team of Business Development Officers of sales team and is responsible for business development activities to boost CASA deposits business, consumer banking and wealth management products. Lead the team effectively to exceed allocated targets, induce quality business & produce future leaders.
Key Responsibilities/Challenges
- Refer business leads to BDOs and introduce quality NTB liability/ Consumer Products/ Banca customers for business growth
- Hunt quality resource for sales team in order to complete & maintain the approved headcount of the team to ensure maximum business output
- Ensure that team members are updated about products / services of the Bank for proper business marketing
- Arrange refreshers / trainings of sales team periodically in order to ensure efficient performance of the team
- Encourage the BDOs to cross-sell bank’s other products to their existing leads
