Dolmen Group Jobs December 2019:We are looking for ‘Junior Manager – Operations’ in Operations Department at Dolmen City, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

To manage all admin related matters of operations department.
To maintain data related to tenant, maintenance, water decanting etc.
To forecast and maintain operation`s budget.
Coordinating with internal stake holders and tenants.
To carry out communication by drafting memos and other official letters.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in dealing with operations related to administration.
Education: Minimum graduation in Business Administration.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Dolmen Group is looking for ‘Shift Engineer’ for its Facilities Management Department at Dolmen City, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all mechanical & electrical equipment is running to its optimum performance.
Look after general operations preventative and breakdown maintenance, engineering support for all plant, equipment and buildings.
Provide support services for all buildings and manufacturing equipment.
Supervise the work of facility maintenance and equipment specialists in shift.
Provide backup support in the absence of other engineers.

Requirements:
Experience: 5 – 8 years.
Education: B.E. Electrical
Skills & capabilities: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Communication and knowledge related to electrical works.
